Who provides CSFunnel

Information you provide
We process the website URLs you submit, the public content retrieved for analysis, and the resulting findings. If you create an account, we store your email address and Google account identifier. We also record your most recent successful sign-in time to support account security and service administration. Google handles sign-in; we do not receive your Google password or store Google access or refresh tokens. Password hashes from earlier CSFunnel accounts may remain for migration and backup purposes, but password sign-in is no longer available. When you sign in, guest reports from this browser are associated with your account. Earlier versions also collected report-unlock contact details; those records may remain under our retention policy.
When you contact us, we receive the information in your message. Please submit only public website addresses for audits and avoid URLs containing access tokens, private documents, or sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use this information to run audits, save and display reports, authenticate accounts, provide exports, respond to enquiries, and protect the service from abuse. Requests may also create technical logs, such as request times, IP addresses, and error information, in the hosting infrastructure.
Report access
Guest reports are associated with a browser identifier. Account reports are associated with the signed-in account. Signing in saves this browser’s unclaimed guest reports to that account and removes their guest-access grant. Authorized administrators can access reports to operate and support the service. Reports are not intended to be publicly indexed. If you export or share a copy, anyone you send it to can retain that copy.
Service providers and optional AI checks
The service relies on hosting and email providers. Contact forms within report pages use Web3Forms to deliver your submission to CognitionSync. Clicking an email link instead opens your own email application.
If you explicitly request a live Gemini check, website and business context needed for that check is sent to Google’s Gemini service. The returned evidence is saved with the report. That optional request is separate from the baseline website audit. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Browser and visitor measurements
When you submit an audit, we may send the public page URL to Google PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome UX Report API to obtain browser measurements and aggregate visitor data. We do not send account credentials, report access cookies, or query strings to these services. Google loads the public page independently. Requests are subject to provider availability and limits.
We save normalized metrics and findings with the report, including dates and measurement sources. Matching results can be reused for up to 24 hours. We do not save the provider’s complete raw response or page screenshots. These attachments follow report access and retention rules. Third-party processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser identifiers for sign-in and access to guest reports. Your appearance choice is stored locally in your browser. See our cookie policy for names and lifetimes. The CSFunnel application does not include advertising trackers in this release.
Retention and requests
Unpinned reports are eligible for cleanup after the configured retention period, normally 90 days. Pinned and migrated records may be kept longer. Account, enquiry, and operational records do not necessarily expire with a report, and backups may retain copies after a record is removed from the active service.
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Include enough context to locate the record, but do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity and explain any applicable retention requirements before acting.

We may update this page as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Linked third-party sites operate their own services and privacy practices.
